Look out for the WDC Career Fair which is scheduled to take place of Friday, 19th September 2025 at the Vieux Fort Town Square from 10:00am to 4:00pm
The objective of this career fair is to help young people, in particular those from Vieux Fort, and its surrounding communities gain insights into the government’s priority list, as well as guidance on different career paths that can be explored.
It is expected to provide valuable information on various programmes of study for higher education, and technical and vocational courses. Additionally, the career fair aims to offer information on economic costs, scholarships, internships, employment opportunities, grants and low interest loans. Our hope is that young people will take this opportunity to actively participate in the event, and find answers to the many questions they may have about technical, vocational education and training, as well as post-secondary qualifications.
