What is the SLCTVET Control Centre?
The SLCTVET Control Centre is an online database designed to collect and store information about:
- Training Providers that are Enterprise, Community, Institution and School based
- Training Programs
- Trainers/Assessors
- Trainees/Graduates
How do I access the Control Centre?
- Open your browser, enter www.slctvet.org
- Enter username and password
What if I’m not yet a user, how do I apply?
The application method on the Control Centre is quite easy, simply click on the “Candidate Application” option at the top of the www.slctvet.org home page to commence. Fill out the uploaded form with your personal information and click save!
What happens next?
After you have completed the registration process your unique Candidate ID is displayed below along with your password. This information is also sent to your email address. In the event you have not received the email in your inbox, please check your Junk Mail as the email my be flagged as spam by your mail filter. If you continue to experience problems, please contact our system administrators.
Here is an example of the default username and password that the system generates:
Candidate Identification: RABI0001
Candidate Password: xfFDbgZ7b
We recommend that you change your password before proceeding to other areas of our website. As a candidate, our website offers you the following features:
- Search for certifications best-fit for your skills
- Take a self-competency analysis to determine how prepared you are for specific certifications
- Enroll in Training and search for reputable Training Providers near to you or if you believe you are ready to be certified based on the skills you have, then proceed to our Assessment of Prior Learning (APL/PLAR) programme to be assessed.
What if I don’t have access to a computer or the internet? If you have no access to complete the registration process, you can simply walk into our office between the hours of 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday. We are located at:
