Canaries’s mystery evoking Arts and Crafts Centre was the venue for the Workforce Development Centre team of Programme Officer Mr Marvin Edgar and IT Officer Mr Peter Myers to meet with that village’s Youth and Sports Council’s Executive members on 06th March 2023, from 7:00pm. They had a difficult act to follow in trying to emulate their fellow West Coast neighbors a few miles to their north, but they did not disappoint.
From the onset it was observed – as their neighbors in Anse La Raye – this was a group of dedicated and enthusiastic youth leaders. They pledged their support for the programme and promised to provided a list of 20 participants within a week.
